Job description

Tasks

  • Screening, analysis and independent processing of public tendering platforms

  • Validation and preparation of offer documents and presentations in close cooperation with the departments   

  • Structuring and coordination of the tasks and teams that are necessary for and during the offer process in order to act success-oriented

  • Creation and revision of clear and coherent content and adaptation of content to specific customer needs

  • Tracking and monitoring compliance with deadlines and formal requirements

  • Creation of reports and decision templates for the team management

  • Optimization of processes, templates, documents and internal tools

Requirements

  • Completed studies, e.g. in the field of economics

  • Alternatively, completion of a comparable vocational training with reference to the task, e.g. with focus on business administration

  • Relevant professional experience in sales support, e.g. in the industry environment of industrial or personnel services

  • Profound experience in the preparation of offers for customers of different sizes and industries

  • Technical understanding and knowledge of purchasing and tendering processes in the B2B and B2C environment

  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
