Interface function between the sales and production departments
Coordination with customers and technical clarification including quotation processing
Conversion of customer documents into production-ready drawings
Creation and maintenance of master data as well as parts lists and routings
Handling of production planning and change management
Completed technical vocational training as well as further training as a master craftsman/technician or similar.
Comparable professional experience in a sheet metal processing industrial company
Experience in contract or order production
Knowledge of REFA and lean management
Experienced handling of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics AX)
Know how in working with CAD/PDM (Autodesk Inventor and Vault)
Fluent German and good English skills
