Job description

Tasks

  • Support and assistance in the preparation of payroll accounting on schedule

  • Ensuring that all relevant information and master data is recorded in the ERP system

  • Preparation of certificates for offices and authorities and handling of the registration and certification process

  • Administration and preparation of cost reimbursement requests to our international health insurance company

  • Preparation of billing reports

  • Supporting the calculation of vacation times as well as the maintenance of absences

  • Ensuring the flow of information between HR and payroll accounting

  • Supporting activities in financial accounting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training

  • Experience with relevant payroll systems

  • Very good experience with DATEV, high IT affinity and interest in digital work are an advantage

  • Fluent German and secure English skills

  • Team player with hands-on mentality and careful way of working
