Job description


  • Collaboration with firmly defined teams on the further development of the product

  • Gathering requirements as well as preparing them for implementation (Epics / User Stories / BDD).

  • Steering the projects by prioritizing the backlog and defining the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" together with the teams

  • Planning and communication of the team roadmap in coordination with product management

  • Drive collaboration with stakeholders

  • Supervise the evolutionary further development of the teams using established methods (including retrospectives)

  • Further development and co-design of internal project management methods


  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable professional training

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of software development or in a comparable function

  • Proven knowledge of agile methods, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.

  • Experience with web APIs (e.g. REST), web technologies (Javascript, HTML5, CSS, PHP, SQL) and continuous integration

  • Certification/training in agile methods an advantage

  • Business fluent German as well as good English skills

  • Team player with proactive and independent working style
