Tasks

  • Realization of check-in procedures and check-out procedures of the guests

  • Realization of guest correspondence, communication and telephone handling

  • Processing of reservations

  • Responsibility for invoicing

Requirements

  • Successfully completed gastronomic vocational training as a hotel clerk is an advantage or alternatively talented career changer

  • Several years of relevant professional experience at the hotel reception or as an office administrator

  • Good computer skills

  • Willingness to work in a shift system part-time or full-time

  • Communicative team player with guest- and service-oriented working style
