Job description

Tasks

  • Creation and maintenance of digital personnel files and master data

  • Correspondence with social and pension insurance agencies, employers' liability insurance associations, authorities and health insurance funds

  • Recording and administration of all relevant data in the area of working time recording

  • Supporting and advising the HR Service Center on payroll accounting issues

  • Preparation of notifications, certificates and evaluations

  • Provision of all relevant documents for payroll tax audits

  • Support with year-end closing activities

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training

  • Lateral entrants also welcome

  • Experience with relevant payroll systems

  • Very good experience with DATEV, high IT affinity and interest in digital work are an advantage

  • Fluent German and secure English skills

  • Team player with hands-on mentality and meticulous way of working
