Job description


  • Calculation and invoicing of contracts to the public client and to civil clients

  • Elaboration of complex offers, including specifications of services in cooperation with the technical departments

  • Defining payment milestones and payment conditions as well as carrying out credit checks using user software and assessing current customer accounts

  • Advising project managers on commercial and controlling issues

  • Clarifying commercial issues with customers, e.g. agreeing on minor contract amendments

  • Conducting transactions with banks, including the processing of letters of credit and insurance issues (e.g. factual assessment, processing SAP, preparing documentation)

  • Main contact person for price audits by the contracting authority 

  • Collaboration on annual financial statement work, including preparation of evaluations for auditors


  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training

  • Several years of professional experience in the handling and supervision of civil and military contracts (ÖAG)

  • Specialised further training in the areas of public price law and price auditing as well as price calculations for public contracts required

  • Experience in working with public contracting authorities

  • Negotiation skills in English

  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP/R3 (module SD)

  • Organisational talent with an analytical mindset
