Job description

Tasks

  • Main responsibility for the execution of the group accounting

  • Support in the preparation of the monthly reporting as well as the planning process

  • Contribute to the analysis of operational business drivers and customer KPIs to derive measures to improve the company's performance

  • Optimization and further development of finance-oriented controlling as well as internal controlling tools

  • Active management of our holding and sales units based on financial, operational and customer KPIs

  • Expansion and optimization of the operational reporting structure

  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses as well as project and special tasks

  • Further development of internal controlling processes

Requirements

  • Completed business studies with focus on controlling or comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in controlling, corporate planning and KPI systems

  • Confident handling of MS Excel as well as knowledge in data analysis, modeling and visualization

  • Experience with DATEV and Jedox BI (VBA if applicable) an advantage

  • Forward-looking and solution-oriented way of working
