Job description

Tasks

  • Gathering customer needs, analyzing the markets and creating basic building blocks for marketing campaigns

  • Definition of umbrella marketing and co-marketing strategies for services based on the market analyses

  • Further development of the brand book as the operational steering wheel for the umbrella & service brands and development of design guidelines for a consistent brand presence

  • Continuous development of the employer brand (strategy) for ARTS and our customers

  • Expansion of brand ambassador programs for employees

  • Define marketing mix and positioning of service brands with business units & sales

  • Advising the performance marketing team on campaigns

  • Further development and coordination of the overall online marketing strategy

  • Project management and collaboration with service providers to further develop the company's website

  • Monitoring and analyzing the success of marketing strategies to identify areas for optimization

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in humanities, communications or economics or comparable qualifications

  • Several years of experience in the field of brand management / brand strategy

  • Confident handling of MS Office or Google Office Business Tools

  • Fluent German and very good English skills

  • Strong project management as well as strong communication, presentation and conceptual skills

  • Experience with content management systems, at best Typo3

  • Communication talent with a very good flair for copywriting

  • Fun, passion, creativity with professionalism and sense of responsibility
