Job description


  • First point of contact for joint project visions of major customers on a national as well as international level for CX programs

  • Creation of IT functional concepts according to customer requirements

  • Support and implementation of own CX software

  • Strategic development and expansion of the CX area

  • Optimization of processes and workflows

  • Further development of the relevant product range

  • Documentation and reporting of results

  • Taking responsibility for an approx. five-person team of consultants and leading meetings within the project team


  • Successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable professional training in the IT environment

  • Several years of professional experience in project management, CX consulting and/or requirements engineering

  • Expertise in the international SaaS environment and an agile way of working with Scrum

  • Experience in leading teams and managing departments in the field of IT is desirable

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Communicative team player with strong customer orientation as well as structured and analytical way of thinking

  • Strategist with an affinity for numbers and quick comprehension skills
