  • Conception, administration as well as support in process optimization of complex role and rights structures within the rights management systems

  • Creation of high-quality, addressee-oriented results

  • Contributing to the further development of the department in terms of content and methodology

  • Active involvement in change processes

  • Organizing work processes and delegating tasks, competencies and responsibilities to employees

  • Jointly shaping the department as a team, taking into account individual life situations

  • Contact person and solution finder for technical questions related to the field of activity

  • Internal and external representation of the department


  • Completed studies in the field of computer science, mathematics or electrical engineering with initial professional experience

  • Theoretical knowledge and ideally practical experience in the conception of complex role and rights structures in IT systems

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Central Authorization and Role Management (ZBR) is desirable

  • Expertise in the use of remote desktop environments as well as in the use of Jira, Confluence or similar systems

  • Know-how in IT project management

  • Basic knowledge of statistical methods / official statistics and occupational health and safety

  • Job-relevant knowledge and qualifications (or willingness to acquire) in information security

  • Advanced knowledge of German
