Job description


  • Implementation and control of applicant management as well as pre-selection of new employees

  • Cooperation with personnel service providers and assessment of personnel service providers

  • Preparation of employment contracts, references and other legal documents

  • Organization, participation and further development of personnel marketing measures (trade fairs or internal events)

  • Takeover, implementation and further development of own HR projects

  • Taking over the representation for the coordination, organization and follow-up of personnel development measures, occupational health and safety measures and company health management


  • Completed commercial studies or comparable further qualification

  • First professional experience in a generalist HR position including initial knowledge of operational labor law

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Communicative organizer with independent working style
