Job description


  • Ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget

  • Measure customer satisfaction and drive project improvements

  • Ensuring adequate project control and compliance with the corporate governance process

  • Preparation of regular forecasts for costs, sales and performance

  • Maintenance of an integrated risk register and monitoring of emergency plans

  • Compliance with safety and occupational safety regulations

  • Management of risks, opportunities and changes


  • Completion of a technical degree in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

  • Additional studies in economics are desirable

  • Many years of experience in project management and in leading complex projects

  • Several years of experience in negotiations with public clients and in processing public tenders

  • Expertise in aviation, ideally in the BAAINBw

  • Experienced handling of the common MS Office programs, MS Project and SAP

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Willingness to travel occasionally
