Job description

Tasks

  • Responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of monthly payroll accounting

  • Contact person for all payroll-related issues and assumption of communication with authorities, health insurance funds and social security agencies

  • Assumption of the processing of all personnel administrative activities from hiring to resignation

  • Supporting the personnel officer on all personnel-related issues

  • Control of the overall process with regard to occupational safety and health protection  

  • Responsibility for meeting deadlines and schedules as well as for creating and maintaining personnel files

  • Participation in the preparation of regular reports and evaluations

  • Participation in HR projects and support of the individual departments

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training

  • Professional experience in the HR area, ideally in administration or payroll accounting

  • Sound knowledge of payroll and payroll accounting

  • Knowledge of labor, social and works constitution law

  • Confident handling of MS Office

  • Communicative team player with independent and structured way of working
