Job description


  • Ensuring the smooth recruitment and employment process, taking into account the completeness of the necessary documents and records

  • Preparing, conducting and following up on employee interviews on all deployment-related topics

  • Preparing employment contracts, assignment instructions, change agreements, warnings and terminations, as well as job references

  • Supporting external employees with questions regarding internal and assignment-related matters or labor law issues

  • Preparation of various documents for external employees, such as vacation/employer certificates or confirmation of reimbursement for secondary activities

  • Performing representative and interdepartmental recruiting work at trade fairs, job and recruiting fairs, among other things

  • Implementation of theoretical knowledge to create internal structures and processes

  • Identification of weak points and elaboration of optimization possibilities

  • Support with administrative assignments and process steps


  • Professional experience or knowledge in all business areas, such as sales, organization or human resources

  • Career changers are also welcome

  • Profound experience in the planning, monitoring and control of personnel assignments

  • Experienced use of communication techniques

  • Experienced handling of common EDP programs and knowledge of G-Suite products

  • Empathic team player with high affinity for digitalization, organization and process optimization
