Job description


  • First point of contact for technical questions regarding the register census project

  • Definition and coordination of requirements for the operation of the systems

  • Coordination of the information flow between system development and system operation

  • Planning, coordination and agreement of operational work in cooperation with the external IT operations service provider

  • Preparation, coordination, and documentation of operational release testing and go-live activities

  • Preparation of the technical documents required for operations and integration into IT change management

  • Observation of methodological, organizational and information technology developments and support in its modernization

  • Organizing work processes and delegating tasks, competencies and responsibilities to employees

  • Joint design of the subject area in the team, taking into account individual life situations


  • Completed university or technical college studies in the field of computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering

  • Practical experience in the coordination of operational services and in IT operations

  • Basic knowledge of occupational safety and corruption prevention

  • Advanced knowledge of various IT architectures (networks, web servers, application servers, databases, data storage, central services), system and business architecture, and IT infrastructure operations

  • Experience with IT systems and environments of varying complexity

  • Know-how in the execution of operational tests, especially load, penetration and performance tests

  • Knowledge of ITIL v4, IT project management and tools used such as Jira, Confluence desirable

  • Activity-relevant knowledge and qualifications (or willingness to acquire) of information security
