Job description


  • Design and implementation of the IT process organization

  • Coordination, technical support and validation in the development and operationalization of an innovation strategy as well as an innovation management process

  • Implementation of measures to promote a culture of innovation within the company and support in driving forward platform-based and cloud-native initiatives 

  • Support in setting up an innovation workshop/platform and in designing and driving digital innovations and emerging technologies

  • Monitor trends, market developments and technologies

  • Develop cloud and platform architecture roadmaps in coordination with all affected organizational units

  • Design, implementation of cloud and platform architectures, monitoring, management and BCM strategies for public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud environments


  • Completed studies with a focus on computer science, practical computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics or similar

  • Many years of experience in innovation management, in leading a team, and in the areas of cloud architecture and platform architecture

  • Several years of experience in functional and/or disciplinary leadership of (project) teams

  • Expert knowledge in areas such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, Analytics, BPMS, BRMS as well as Operational Decision Platforms, preferably with corresponding certifications

  • In-depth knowledge of modern technology stacks and OCP, Ansible, Prometheus, Istio, Quay/Claire, Jenkins or CI/CD,Docker containers and orchestration such as Kubernetes

  • Expertise in requirements analysis and customer-focused solution development (e.g., UX, design thinking, lean startup, agile)

  • Experience in selection and use of design tools and methodologies as well as investigation and analysis of new technologies, trends and standards
