Job description

Tasks

  • Targeted search and approach of suitable specialists as well as specialists and executives within the framework of active sourcing

  • Continuous development of the talent pool through regular social media activities

  • Review of incoming applications

  • Independent organization and execution of telephone interviews and personal interviews

  • Contact person for candidates during the entire application process until hiring

  • Close cooperation with sales and marketing

  • Data maintenance in the applicant management system

Requirements

  • Completed studies in economics, social sciences or communication sciences or comparable training

  • First relevant professional experience in recruiting

  • Expertise in direct approach via social media (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)

  • Sound experience in applicant and candidate management

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Team player with self-confident appearance and customer-oriented mindset
