Job description

Tasks

  • Sales responsibility in the south of Germany for the areas of personnel services, contracts for work and services and consulting

  • Identification of new potentials in technology sectors such as aerospace, automotive, railway, IT, energy, etc. to establish our services

  • Development and implementation of individual, success-oriented sales strategies

  • Acquisition of new customers and long-term support of existing customers

  • Securing and expanding market position by achieving sales targets

  • Documentation of sales activities and maintenance of the CRM tool

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, alternatively completed commercial training

  • Experience in sales of industrial or personnel services

  • Successful passionate sales of new customers

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Willingness for occasional business trips to Dresden

  • Commitment and professional communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
