Tasks

  • Handling of in-house support for all end users in case of malfunctions, problems and questions

  • Receiving and prioritizing requests and faults via telephone or ticket system

  • Carrying out a qualified error analysis

  • Problem solving within the scope of 1st & 2nd level support

  • Documentation of changes made

  • Replacement, installation and maintenance of hardware and software in the client area

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable professional experience

  • Application-ready experience in first level user support

  • Sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office

  • Ready-to-use knowledge of English

  • Communicative team player with a strong service orientation
