This position is compensated with an annual salary between € 28,000 - € 33,000 gross, depending on qualifications.

Job description

Tasks

  • Supporting the filling of our positions and building a corresponding pipeline of high potentials

  • Identifying and approaching suitable specialists, experts and managers within the framework of active sourcing

  • Sifting through incoming applications

  • Independently organizing and conducting telephone interviews and personal interviews

  • You act as a brand ambassador on various social media channels and ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience

Requirements

  • Completed studies in economics, social sciences or communication sciences or comparable training

  • Analytical skills for identifying suitable candidates

  • Expertise in direct approach via social media (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)

  • Sound experience in applicant and candidate management

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Strong communicator and team player with empathy and organizational skills
