  • How do you determine the concrete need for portfolio components and services based on customer requirements?

  • How do you place and use our sales channels for optimal sales?

  • How do you handle service, customer service and warranty?

  • How do you record and monitor costs through the proper application of cost planning and control tools?

  • How do you calculate personnel needs and organize them in human resources management?

  • What recruitment and selection tools do you use?

  • How do you process payment transactions and reminders?

  • How are stock and profit and loss accounts to be kept?

Requirements

  • At least a secondary school diploma

  • Alternatively, career changers are welcome

  • Experienced in the use of MS Office

  • Good knowledge of German and English

  • Motivation to take a holistic view of business processes

  • Creative will to take initiative, insatiable curiosity and open-mindedness
