Job description


  • Ensuring the smooth recruitment and employment process, taking into account the completeness of the necessary documents and records

  • Preparation of employment contracts, assignment instructions, change agreements, warnings and terminations as well as job references

  • Supporting external employees with questions regarding internal and assignment-related matters or labor law issues

  • Preparation of various documents for external employees, such as vacation/employer certificates or confirmation of reimbursement for secondary activities

  • Implementation of theoretical knowledge for the creation of internal structures and processes

  • Identification of weak points and elaboration of optimization possibilities


  • Enrolled student in human resources management or marketing, communications or economics with a major in human resources and marketing

  • Initial knowledge in the business areas of organization or human resources would be advantageous

  • Experienced use of communication techniques

  • Experienced handling of common EDP programs

  • Knowledge of G-Suite products desirable

  • Empathic team player with high affinity for digitalization, organization and process optimization


  • Flexible working hours (15-20 hours/week) with home office
  • Up to 40 hours/week possible during non-lecture periods
