Aufgaben

• Efficient planning and control for production and painting processes according to Master Schedule
• Timely opening and closing of work orders in SAP
• Managing and ensuring on-time delivery of additional requirements in collaboration with Delivery Assurance and Logistics
• Coordinating the parts call-off via the 3PL service provider Bolloré
• Ensuring correct documentation and tracking of cannibalizations according to regulations and compliance requirements, including relevant SAP transactions
• Management and tracking of return deliveries, creation of shipping documents and timely execution in SAP
• Execution of all relevant SAP transactions to ensure compliance and best practices as well as regular SAP health checks
• Regular inventories (cycle counts) with evaluation of results, error analysis and correction to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the MRP documents

Profil

• Completed training in the commercial or technical field (industrial clerk), technician or relevant professional experience
• Proven professional experience in production planning and control, ideally in an industrial environment
• Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office applications and in-depth user knowledge of the SAP materials management module
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to work shifts
• Present valid work permit for the European Union
