Tasks

• Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Representation of a competent contact person for auditors and tax consultants

• Reporting of the monthly financial statements to the parent company

• Account reconciliation (intercompany) and account maintenance

• Processing of current financial accounting in cooperation with the financial accountant

• Preparation of advance turnover tax returns

• Participation in special projects

Qualification

• Successfully completed commercial training with further training as a balance sheet accountant

• Alternatively, successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, controlling and taxes

• Many years of professional experience in balance sheet accounting with experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) or a comparable position in an international environment

• Knowledge of IFRS advantageous

• Good application knowledge of SAP FI

• Business fluent German and good English skills
