Carrying out payrolls including all necessary follow-up activities in Europe as well as communication and data exchange with external payroll providers
Master data maintenance and payroll account management
Preparation of various earnings statements and statistical surveys as well as reporting of ELStAM, wage tax returns and SI returns
Contact person and cooperation in audits by the tax office, the German pension insurance, the employers' liability insurance association and auditors
Contact person for employees for all payroll matters
Preparation of evaluations for other departments involved
Preparation of salary accruals
Participation in projects
Successfully completed commercial training
Knowledge of financial accounting as well as social security and tax issues and legal requirements
Communicative team player with an analytical mindset, a confident and competent demeanour as well as pronounced diligence
