Tasks

• Account maintenance, closing entries and preparation of relevant financial reports
• Collaboration on annual financial statement documents such as notes and management reports
• Preparation and transmission of advance VAT returns, input tax refund procedures and statistical reports (e.g. Z and K reports)
• Carrying out asset accounting including the depreciation run (amortisation)
• Maintenance and reconciliation of the WERE account and intercompany reconciliations
• Support for financial accounting and representation in the area of payment runs
• Independent processing of account bookkeeping
• Creation of reports in the Group's internal SEM-BCS tool

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with further training as an accountant
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with a focus on accounting and financial accounting
• Expertise in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with HGB and sound tax knowledge
• Experienced user knowledge of SAP, MS Office and DocuWare
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Work permit for the European Union available
