Job description


  • Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable including payment transactions, financial planning and liquidity planning

  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as of annual financial statements with G + V and balance sheet

  • Processing of payment transactions/contact with banks

  • Independent processing of tax issues and regulations, as well as

  • Preparation of advance sales tax returns and support of the tax advisor in the preparation of tax returns

  • Contact person for auditors and tax auditors regarding accounting and tax issues

  • Support/execution of other smaller projects in the area of finance such as customer credit ratings or insurance contracts

  • Monitoring and timely processing of overdue accounts receivable and dunning (accounts receivable management)

  • Organization and optimization of purchasing of materials and services


  • Successfully completed commercial training

  • Alternatively: successfully completed business studies and further qualification as a balance sheet accountant

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of financial accounting, taxes, preparation of financial statements and in payroll accounting

  • Desire for further development in your own company

  • Experience in dealing with auditors, authorities and tax consultants

  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs Word, Power Point, and Outlook and very good knowledge of MS Office program Excel

  • Fast comprehension, high reliability, self-motivation, ability to work in a team, communication,

  • Independent working style and a high degree of responsibility
