The position is to be filled on a full or part-time basis (50-100%), initially for a limited period of 2 years.

Handling of hiring processes and contract conclusions with a focus on student assistants and tutors
Recording and maintenance of contract and personnel data
Communication and coordination with administrative units, employees of the faculties and auxiliary staff, partly also in English language
Advice on the preparation of hiring documents
Review of hiring documents and preparation of contracts ready for signature in German language
Coordination of working papers and statistical evaluations
Successfully completed commercial vocational training in the field of administration
Experience in working with databases, such as SAP
Knowledge of human resources
Good MS Office application skills
