  • Financial administration:
    • Creation of call-off and purchase requisitions and processing of invoices in SAP HIS and PID.
    • Booking goods receipts, managing the release of the service provider portal LERF
  • Organisation & Administration:
    • Organisation of appointments and IT onboarding of external employees
    • Management of hospitality, room and IT/house service tickets
    • Setting up office locations and maintaining absence and contact lists
  • Document management:
    • Creation and management of SharePoint project sites, libraries and folders
    • Maintenance of authorisation structures and matrix
    • Archiving of documents


  • Completed vocational training in an administrative or commercial profession 
  • Knowledge of organisational activities
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office, MS Share Point, MS Teams, etc.
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills 
  • Existing work permit for the European Union
