Tasks

Coordination and processing of travel arrangements and expense reports for the business unit management and team
Scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings
Acting as the main telephone contact and first point of contact for internal inquiries
Welcoming and assisting visitors on-site
Administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document handling
Support in preparing presentations for project and team meetings
Assistance to the department management with organizational and administrative matters

Qualification

Completed vocational training as office communication clerk or office management assistant, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in administrative assistance or office organization is an advantage
Experience in project coordination required
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and good user skills in SAP
Fluent German and English language skills (at least C1)
Willingness to travel occasionally required
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
