Job description


  • Main tasks:

    • Disassembly and assembly of electrical components on various carriers according to the technical documents, mechanical and electrical drawings

    • Disconnecting and connecting wires, cables and elements of control and electrical or electromagnetic devices

    • Ensuring electrical connections

    • Carrying out the installation and maintenance of the equipment

    • Verifying the conformity of the work against the technical documentation of the work order

  • Responsibilities related to QSE (quality, safety, environment):

    • Ensuring compliance with FOD and safety regulations

    • Wearing the required PPE and using the appropriate tools

    • Applying the QSE management system

    • Working according to the rules, procedures and processes of the area of operation

    • Comply with quality regulations for work performed

    • Ensure integrity of aircraft systems and report deviations to supervisor

    • Continuously optimize production to improve time and quality levels


  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft electrician or qualification in electrical, electrical engineering or electromechanical engineering

  • Several years of work experience in the aviation industry 

  • Advanced knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage

  • Willingness to work in shift system, flexibility for night shifts and weekend work is a plus

  • Present work permit for the EU
