Tasks

• Assembly and production of assemblies and components according to technical specifications
• Operation and control of CNC-controlled metalworking machines
• Assembling complex components with high dimensional accuracy and minimal tolerances
• Incorporation of change instructions to optimize production processes
• Material testing and comparison with parts lists, recognizing and reporting deviations
• Independent planning and implementation of assembly steps for efficient processes
• Processing aluminum profiles by bending, grinding and other processes
• Production and assembly of individual components and assemblies in metal processing

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a metalworker, body builder, toolmaker, production mechanic or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production as well as many years of experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience in the assembly and processing of aluminium profiles as well as the production of individual components and assemblies
• In-depth user knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of ERP system applications in production desirable
• Willingness to work in a 2 or 3-shift system
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
