Job description

Tasks

  • Developing management metrics, assessing and communicating developments, and reporting to the IPT Director.

  • Preparation, review and request for proposals relevant to the project

  • Supporting project management and coordination of IPT specific, non-technical projects

  • Preparation of work breakdown structures

  • Reviewing, analyzing and reconciling project variances and developing corrective actions

  • Carrying out extensive research

  • Evaluation and preparation of decision documents

  • Obtaining information from relevant areas within and outside Airbus Defence and Space

  • Handling of correspondence, preparation of documents for presentations as well as administrative support and management of (customer) visits

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in the field of aerospace, industrial engineering or business administration

  • Alternatively, successfully completed commercial/technical vocational training or qualification as a technician or master craftsman

  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, aerospace and project management

  • Detailed application knowledge of MS Office

  • Business fluent in German and English, further language skills would be an advantage

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Team player with a high degree of communication skills, ability to work under pressure and stress resistance as well as flexibility and independent working style
