Tasks

  • Pre-qualification of applications as well as independent organization and execution of interviews with potential candidates

  • Documentation and recording of results in the respective tool

  • Entry and maintenance of applicant data as well as checking with regard to topicality, quality and completeness

  • Carrying out the matching process and submitting further vacancies for the purpose of retention

  • Creation of qualification profiles according to customer requirements

  • Posting of job advertisements in the social media channel

  • Continuous development of the talent pool as well as professional and sustainable support of potential applicants

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training 

  • Alternatively completed university degree

  • Experience in interviewing and social skills

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Flexibility and mobility (willingness to travel)

  • Strong communication skills and team player with a structured way of working
