Tasks

  • Support the division manager in administrative and scheduling matters
  • Managing correspondence in German and English
  • Preparation and follow-up of presentations as well as creation, design and updating of overviews and statistics
  • Planning, coordinating and organising conferences and meetings, as well as looking after guests
  • Independent organisation of the office, planning and monitoring of appointments
  • Carrying out controlling tasks and budget monitoring
  • Carrying out purchase requisitions, contracts and rebookings in SAP R/3
  • Planning, booking and invoicing of business trips

Qualification

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an office communications specialist
  • Additional qualification at master craftsman level or as a state-recognised technician
  • Many years of relevant professional experience
  • Good knowledge of LHT organisation and operational contexts, technical understanding an advantage
  • Very good IT user knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3 and booking systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
