Tasks

• Implementation and support of weight management

• Support of the cross-site weight team

• Change assessment on a weight basis

• Support for the master key user

• Weight reporting for changes and new developments

• Implementation of master data cleansing

• Determination of the weight situation for quotations

• Weight calculation of components and method development

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of aircraft construction, aerospace or mechanical engineering

• Several years of professional experience in the calculation of statics and in aircraft construction

• Very good knowledge of requirements in the field of aircraft cabin design, especially in qualification and documentation as well as in aviation law

• Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and Catia V5 as well as confident handling of FEM programs (ANSYS & HyperWorks)

• Business fluent in German and English

• Work permit for the EU

• Team player with excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to work in an analytical and structured manner
