Planning, procurement, commissioning and modification of:
Production plants and machines in the field of warehouse logistics as well as accessories and equipment for non-destructive crack testing
Equipment such as special fixtures for the processing of aircraft components made of metal or composite materials
Operating equipment such as electrical aids, test and inspection equipment, communication systems, loading and readout devices and IT-operated aids for the processing of aircraft and their components or systems
Production systems and machines in the field of machine tools, e.g. turning, milling, grinding and sheet metal working machines (Industrial Engineering)
Analysis and, if necessary, further development of existing systems
Description and acceptance of designs and subsequent acceptance and approval of manufactured devices
Automation of technical processes with regard to optimal utilisation
Collaboration in projects (national/international) for equipping production facilities with machines, systems and equipment
Supporting and advising internal and external customers on operating equipment, machines and systems
Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, technical informatics, data technology, automation technology, measurement and control technology or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in fixture design or in the application and design of electronic operating equipment
Knowledge of product and operational safety (Machinery Directive, ProdSG, BetrSichV, Low Voltage Directive, Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive, Machinery Directive, ProdSG, BetrSichV etc.)
Good user knowledge of CAD software, e.g. Solid Works
Good general IT knowledge
Good knowledge of English
Work permit for the EU
Team player with analytical and conceptual thinking and action
