Tasks

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on flight equipment
  

• Carrying out troubleshooting on the aircraft
  

• Communication and coordination of external service providers
  

• Support of flight test operations
  

• Advising engineers and flight test personnel on technical issues
  

• Management of the tool store as well as the inventory of consumables and configuration items
  

• Documentation of the work performed
  

Qualification

• Completed training as an aircraft mechanic
  

• Several years of experience in aviation as a mechanic, in the maintenance of prototypes as well as in maintenance according to EASA Part 145 are desirable
  

• Experience with an aircraft maintenance software system required, experience with AMOS an advantage
  

• Good knowledge of German and English
  

• Class B driver's license required, Class C driver's license an advantage
  

• Willingness to travel regularly on business (occasionally internationally)
