Tasks

• Carrying out technical inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality standards
• Decide on further processing of components through systematic build deviation management and quality inspection
• Creation, follow-up and closure of non-conformities and rapid problem solving in the event of disruptions in the manufacturing process
• Technical management and support of production employees and authorised inspection personnel in the area of quality assurance
• Organisation and implementation of training for new employees in the testing area, including acceptance of work samples for quality testing
• Application of PPS methods for problem identification, analysis and visualisation of quality problems for continuous improvement

Qualification

• Specialist training in the field of aircraft construction or an equivalent technical qualification at master craftsman level
• Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry and in quality assurance
• Practical experience in the application of lean management principles to optimise production processes
• Pre-qualifications in accordance with the relevant standards and modules 3.1 and 4 for work in the quality area
• Confident handling of SAP and ideally initial experience in using Google Workspace
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to different working hours
• Valid work permit to work in the European Union
