Tasks

• Ensuring product quality and product-related activities through technical inspections during the aircraft manufacturing process

• Approval of components for the further manufacturing process (construction deviation management)

• Creation, scheduling and closure of non-conformities (including construction deviations and complaint sheets)

• Carrying out trouble shootings (fault elimination)

• Issuing of technical instructions in the quality area to production employees as well as technical supervision of personnel authorised to carry out inspections

• Training and induction of new authorised inspectors as well as determination and acceptance of work samples

• Carrying out and visualising Practical Problem Solving (PPS) activities and analysing quality problems using PPS methods for problem solving

Qualification

• Completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering or mechanical engineering

• Several years of professional experience in the fields of aerospace and quality assurance

• Good knowledge of lean management

• Required packages from pre-qualification 3.1 and 4

• In-depth user knowledge of SAP as well as knowledge of Google Workspace would be an advantage

• Business fluent German and advanced English skills

• Willingness to work shifts

• Present work permit for the EU
