Aviation Quality Manager (m/f/x)

For our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at the Donauwörth site, we are looking for a Aviation Quality Manager who can support quality assurance at the highest level with independent action and reliability. Your main tasks will include the determination of recurring KPIs and the creation of meaningful reports to ensure sustainable improvements and maximum customer satisfaction. Tasks

  • Managing customer satisfaction for the H135 and H145 helicopter programmes through targeted quality measures and problem solving
  • Processing of cross-sectional quality assurance tasks, including analysis and preparation of complex issues to support strategic decisions
  • Supporting the contract manager in contract processing with a focus on quality-related issues and compliance with quality standards
  • Analysis and optimisation of quality issues in order to initiate sustainable corrective and improvement measures
  • Creation, monitoring and evaluation of quality indicators and statistics for the H135/H145 programmes, including regular reporting
  • Quality reporting to the team leader of the H135/H145 programmes and to the Head of Programme Quality Light Twins to ensure transparency and optimisation

Qualification

  • Completed engineering studies with a focus on vehicle construction, automotive engineering or quality management
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry or in vehicle construction as well as demonstrable practical experience in the field of quality management
  • Sound expertise with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the associated processes and methods
  • Confident handling of MS Office, including in-depth knowledge of detailed functions (e.g. pivot tables, diagram creation), detailed user knowledge in SAP, especially in the area of materials management or quality assurance as well as experience in using Google Suite
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
