Aviation Work Planning Coordinator (m/f/x)

The gross annual salary is approximately €48,000.

Tasks

  • Supervision of workstations and repair processes for individual engine parts, processing and implementation of official specifications and ensuring technical production support for the workshop

  • Implementation of maintenance specifications in corresponding work documents (job cards) and development of workplace-related standards (technical best practice)

  • Analyzing and optimizing production and process quality and designing work processes

  • Accompanying audits for the workshop and supporting the processing of complaints

  • Development and modification of repair procedures

  • Development, evaluation and documentation of test programs and trials

  • Preparation and initiation of manufacturer or authority approvals for new developments or process changes

  • Tracking of workshop runs and invoicing of orders

Qualification

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training or knowledge and skills acquired through many years of professional experience, which are to be assessed equally for the task

  • Many years of practical experience in the field desirable

  • Expertise in engine maintenance, module/equipment overhaul and individual part repair

  • Good knowledge of business management contexts and aviation legislation

  • Experience with MS Office and SAP

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
