Tasks

  • Monitoring of milestone achievement along the working group process

  • Reporting and transparent presentation of the aircraft status

  • Preparation, execution and follow-up of internal quality gate handovers and recording of aircraft status in the current quality gate tool

  • Identification and coordination of technical improvements and recurring issues as well as processing and communication of issues within the station

  • Supervision of sub-projects to improve line processes and ensure sustainability

  • Responsibility for issues in the working group regarding aircraft support

  • Communicate on progress, open items, planning, risks, access, and aircraft handoffs to the Flightline (FL)

Qualification

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, supply chain quality or a comparable technical course of study
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service, aerospace, operational and strategic sourcing, production planning and control, and/or project management
  • Experience of working at Airbus
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace knowledge an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English language skills
  • Present work permit for the EU
