Job description

Tasks

  • Processing of the HR interface of companies and foundations as well as independent monitoring of the technical SAP interface for payroll accounting

  • Processing of sensitive HR information as well as preparation of analyses

  • Posting of HR related incoming and outgoing payments

  • Harmonization of processes with subsidiaries & digitalization

  • Analyses with standard reports for individual financial statements and HGB closing purposes

  • Independent processing of outgoing invoices and onward invoicing to group companies

  • Monitoring and clarification of interim accounts

  • Preparation of evaluations for management and controlling

  • Contact person for accounting and controlling, the specialist departments, in particular HR, tax department, legal department and auditors

Requirements

  • Successfully completed professional training as an accountant or balance sheet accountant with many years of professional experience

  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable course of study

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of finance and payroll accounting

  • Experience in accounting

  • Airbus experience an advantage

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SAP-FI (Finance) and Google Workspace

  • Business fluent German and English language skills

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Team player with strong communication skills and an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
