Job description


  • You will take over all commercial, technical and infrastructural facility management activities from your branch customers and ensure smooth branch operations

  • You act as the central interface between branches, craftsmen and service providers and take care of the following issues:

    • Receiving reports of malfunctions, repairs, defects and requirements

    • Keeping track of the warranty

    • Obtaining and evaluating offers

    • Coordinating the execution of services and quality assurance and ensuring that the respective service providers carry out the work professionally and fulfill their operator responsibilities

  • You work on complex tenders - always with the aim of ensuring the best price-performance ratio


  • Several years of professional experience in facility management and craftsmen's contracting, ideally in the field of retail real estate

  • Distinct solution and customer orientation, willingness to cooperate and sense of responsibility, obliging appearance and organizational talent

  • A successfully completed degree in facility management, real estate management or industrial engineering

  • Or a successfully completed apprenticeship e.g. as a real estate agent, if necessary with additional qualification e.g. as a facility management specialist, commercial specialist or business specialist, real estate specialist, or similar

  • Business fluent in German and ideally also in English
