Tasks

  • Monitoring and processing of pending tasks in LHT's internal systems (c/note, SAP and ARCOS)
  • Calculation, preparation, review and coordination of offers within the framework of existing service relationships
  • Monitoring of event performance (in particular throughput times, adherence to deadlines, cost development, interruptions) during and after completion of component events and preparation of internal and external reports
  • Preparing service invoicing and ensuring that costs are properly recognised and revenue allocated for services rendered
  • Clarification of bottlenecks at external interfaces and independent decision-making to resolve disruptions
  • Taking on special tasks and project-related activities

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training with additional qualification as a business economist
  • Sound knowledge of business management principles and entrepreneurial contexts
  • Excellent IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office and SAP R/3
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to undergo further professional training and development
  • Valid work permit for the EU
