Informing, supporting, questioning and advising managers on all personnel, social, labour law and personnel policy matters.
Ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines
Representing the Lufthansa Technik Group as an employer before external bodies
Advising specialist departments on the design of organisational structures and ensuring that solutions are suitable for the Group as a whole
Recording and evaluating business-specific requirements and translating them into the people context of the Lufthansa Group / Lufthansa Technik Group for the development of new services and service offerings
Coordination of the interests between the business / HR department and the social partners / works constitution bodies to ensure cooperation in a spirit of partnership
Design, planning, steering and implementation of overarching organisational development, transformation and change projects
Successfully completed university studies, ideally in the field of business administration / human resources management, business education, psychology or law
Many years of professional experience, preferably in the operational and strategic HR area as well as supervision of executives or employees
Experience in conception and implementation of solutions for strategic and operational HR issues as well as in process and project management
Initial experience with HR transformations and in working with board members and senior managers desirable
Knowledge of labour, works constitution and social security law as well as LH Group collective agreements and works agreements
Very good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP HCM, Success Factors and HR IT tools
Business fluent in English
Present work permit for the EU
