Further development and optimization of interdisciplinary end to end processes as a basis for digitalization
Developing and ensuring the use of business process methodologies, standards and conventions
Supporting the business units in recording, modeling and improving their processes
Ensuring cross-functional process interfaces
Ensuring methodological and technical capabilities for recording, modeling and optimizing processes
Planning and execution of workshops and rule reconciliations
Technical coordination of the BPM managers from the specialist departments
Monitoring efficiency and effectiveness and implementing optimization measures
Completed studies in the fields of business administration, economics, industrial engineering or similar
Several years of experience in business process management
Knowledge in agile project management
Know-how in a BPM notation (e.g. BPMN, Omega, ...)
Very good knowledge of specific automotive processes
Business fluent in English
Willingness to travel (national and international)
