Job description


  • Support in the preparation of monthly reporting, sub-monthly analyses as well as the planning process

  • Main responsibility for group accounting

  • Contribute to the analysis of operational business drivers and customer KPIs in order to derive measures to improve the company's success

  • Optimisation and further development of finance-oriented controlling as well as internal controlling tools, including the ERP system

  • Active controlling of our holding and sales units based on financial, operational and customer key figures

  • Expansion and optimisation of the operational reporting structure

  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses as well as project and special tasks

  • Further development of internal controlling processes


  • Degree in business administration with focus on controlling or comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in controlling, corporate planning and KPI systems

  • Confident use of MS Excel and knowledge of data analysis, modelling and visualisation

  • Experience with DATEV and, if applicable, Jedox BI would be an advantage

  • Affinity with processes and digitalisation
